Registration Form
San Diego Regional Center can help pay for your conference registration fees.
San Diego Regional Center does not help pay for an overnight stay in the hotel.
You are responsible for any additional costs including but not limited to parking, food purchases, and hotel costs.
If you ARE a client of San Diego Regional Center:
• Call your SDRC Service Coordinator – tell them you want to go to the conference and want their help paying for SDPF Conference registration fees – the vendor number is PY4572
• Ask for self-advocacy training/the SDPF Self-Advocacy conference to be added to your IPP (an “IPP addendum”).
• Fill out the registration form and let your Service Coordinator know.
• Everyone who attends the conference must pay the registration fee. This includes self-advocates, speakers, family members and support staff.
Photo & Video Notice
Please note that photography and video recording will take place throughout the San Diego People First 2026 Conference for promotional and archival purposes. Photos and videos may be used in SDRC print and digital publications, on our website, social media, advertising, and other promotional materials, including third-party publications. If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please let the registration check-in table know when you arrive at the conference so we can identify your name badge accordingly.
