The San Diego People First Conference is a powerful and inspiring event, created by self-advocates for self-advocates, that helps improve the lives of people with disabilities throughout our community. Each year, the conference serves as a vital gathering place where individuals connect with one another, discover valuable resources and services, build leadership skills, and celebrate the strength of the disability community.

Planned and led by people with disabilities, the conference features educational workshops, inspiring guest speakers, a resource fair, a community street fair, a banquet dinner, and an evening dance.
