Promote your business and or sell your goods to hundreds of self-advocates!

In consideration for the opportunity to participate in and profit from the San Diego People First Street Fair, the artist/seller agrees to the following: 

Artist-Seller certifies that any items submitted for sale were made by a consumer with a disability.

Artist-seller agrees to hold harmless and make no claim against San Diego People First, Community Interface Services or its representatives, leaser, or owner of the space where the sale is held, any volunteer or paid participants for the damage, theft or loss of any items consigned to the San Diego People First Street Fair.

The San Diego People First Street Fair does not anticipate any thefts, damage, or loss and takes every precaution to prevent them, but occasionally these events may occur.

Seller agrees that it shall assume and bear all risks regarding consigned goods, and will hold San Diego People First, Community Interface Services and/or the People First Street Fair Committee exempt from any and all liability; to include but not limited to theft, fire, wind or rain.

San Diego People First, Community Interface Services and/or the People First Street Fair Committee reserve the right to remove or refuse any items from the sale due if they are deemed “not sellable” for any reason.

Artist-Seller gives permission for items to be sold at a fair price.

Artist-Seller agrees that no claims will be made against the San Diego People First, Community Interface Services and/or the People First Street Fair Committee for any discrepancies involving items placed in the sale.
